Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address and sign-in credentials (managed by our authentication provider; we never see your password).
• Content you add: firearms, permits, training records, documents, range sessions, saved states, and notes you choose to save.
• Payment: handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number. We store only your subscription status and plan.
• Business submissions: business name, contact details, and the submitting IP address (used only for spam prevention).

What we never collect: SSN, street address, driver's license number, precise location history, or contact lists. Location is used in your browser only when you tap "Near Me" and is never stored.

Some features (Armory basics, Range log) store data locally on your device. Synced Pro features store data in your private account, isolated by row-level access controls so no other user can read it. Serial numbers and stored documents are scrambled at rest.

Your data is used only to run the features you see: compliance checks, Smart Ask answers, expiry reminders, and your Command Center. We do not use it for advertising.

You control what Smart Ask can see — turn off access to your profile, armory, documents, or training at any time in Privacy & Security.

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Data is disclosed only to the infrastructure providers that run the App (hosting, authentication, database, payments) under their own confidentiality obligations, or if required by law.

We keep your data only while your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated records — armory, documents, training, settings, and subscription link — are removed. Business directory listings you submitted may remain until you request removal.

The App is not directed to minors. You must be of legal age to possess the items you record (at least 18, or 21 where required). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
